I’d like to tell you something about myself:

After 2 years of teaching private cooking classes with 2-Dishes in Paso Robles including classes at local wineries, I decided to expand into a new area. My cooking classes have been very well received and I believe it is in part because of my attention to detail in designing classes with unique flavors and giving my students helpful cooking tips. Students were thrilled that each class offered a 6-7 course meal complete with amuse bouche, sorbet palette cleanser, and a special “lagniappe” at the end of every class to show my appreciation. And, of course, the food was delicious!

Living in Paso Robles wine country among some of the finest wineries in the world, I was inspired to create a taste sensation that could enhance and elevate the experience of wine tasting.  After thorough research among many of the finest chefs and sommeliers in the world, I developed recipes for savory and slightly sweet pairing cookies that compliment the many varietals in the region.  These cookies are made with a specifically analyzed mixture of fresh fruits, cheeses, nuts and spices that will bring your wine tasting experience to a whole new level!
